Property Styling
Property styling is an interior design service that prepares properties for sale, long-term rent, or short-term rentals like Airbnb. The aim is to create an attractive, functional space that appeals to potential buyers, renters, or guests by highlighting the property’s best features through carefully selected furniture, decor, and accessories. This enhances the property’s value, reduces time on the market, and ensures a positive first impression.
For Airbnb and short-term rentals, my service ensures the space is both beautiful and functional, designed to improve guest experience and boost bookings. I offer flexible packages, including full FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design, from sourcing and supplying furniture to styling partially furnished homes. Turnaround time varies from one week for smaller projects to two to four weeks for larger ones.
